to lead a global team of developers, cryptographers, mathematicians, and strategists in the creation of world-class blockchain products. In this pivotal role, you will work alongside top talent to define and execute the technology strategy and technical roadmap for our blockchain solutions. As a key member of our
Global Blockchain Leadership Team , you will leverage your deep technical expertise and collaborative mindset to drive the development of blockchain applications, providing transformative solutions for our clients. What You’ll Do Lead and guide a global product engineering team working on innovative blockchain solutions. Define the technology strategy, architecture, and technical roadmap for blockchain products. Manage cross-functional collaboration to align technical and business goals. Make critical infrastructure and technology decisions to ensure product scalability and performance. Drive an agile, innovative, and inclusive culture within the team. Report on project progress and guide strategic decision-making. Ensure adherence to high standards for quality, risk management, and independence. What You Need to Succeed 10-15 years of experience in technical roles, with a proven track record in public blockchain development. 4-5 years of experience leading product development teams focused on enterprise SaaS applications. Experience managing Agile teams in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Additional Requirements Hybrid work structure: Expected to work from the London office 2-3 days per week. Occasional travel required, including to India for offshore team collaboration.
