At Britvic, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Global Brand Manager to spearhead the growth of our iconic Mathieu Teisseire brand. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive brand activation strategy, driving innovation and social media engagement across diverse global markets. Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual Brand Activation planning process, ensuring alignment with our global strategy and communications program, while providing relevant materials for excellent in-market execution. Leverage market insights to develop relevant and growth-driving drinks programs, fostering connectivity with social media activation and innovation initiatives. Partner with our social media agency to refresh and upgrade our digital strategy, creating and delivering compelling content aligned with our communications program. Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to build a refreshed flavor pipeline, develop innovative offerings, and launch in-market alongside comprehensive execution toolkits. Requirements

Expertise in social media and digital marketing, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow. Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively across diverse geographies, commercial matrix structures, and partnerships. Strong understanding of the on-trade market and experience in building and activating brands within it, particularly from a drinks strategy perspective. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to create momentum across internal and external teams through collaboration. Proven project management abilities, with a focus on innovation development, planning, delivery, and A&P management. Key Behaviours
