The Global Branding and Communications Manager will support the planning, development and execution of Public Safety communication strategies throughout the globe. You will be the primary liaison to marketing colleagues outside of North America, helping them translate marketing plans into consistent, scalable strategies. Job Type : Hybrid Job Summary The Global Marketing Campaign Manager will support the planning, development and execution of Public Safety communication strategies throughout the globe. You will be the primary liaison to marketing colleagues outside of North America, helping them translate marketing plans into consistent, scalable strategies. You are responsible for uncovering the "why" behind requests to ensure the broader marketing team is solving the right problems, maximizing opportunities while strengthening and maximizing our global output. In this role, you will blend strategy, creative, analytic and project expertise. Essential Functions Act as Public Safety brand steward; ensuring consistency and adherence to the global marketing plan while accommodating cultural and regional nuances. Work closely with regional marketing teams, sales and internal and external functions to develop, influence and execute the market engagement strategy, including branding, awareness, lead generation and media utilization approach. Manage the development of content and materials including digital tools, collateral, photography and video. Collaborate with subject matter and digital marketing experts to help leverage and optimize the Public Safety digital landscape including corporate website, microsites, social platforms and other internal digital tools. Tailor campaigns to local markets while maintaining global consistency. Identify, partner with, and manage appropriate resources (i.e. vendor relationships and internal resources) to ensure communications plans meet objectives for all regions. Cultivate strong relationships with key global constituents. Responsible for implementing procedures to optimize new and existing planning processes. Lead the end-to-end campaign process, from planning, execution; campaign performance metrics and presentations to drive business-wide visibility and enable team members to become campaign ambassadors. Budget development and management, monitoring key metrics and development strategies to optimize performance. Required/Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications including integrated campaign planning, content creation, digital, web and community management. Exceptional experience building relationships and collaborating cross functionally with both internal and external (agency) partners. Experience collaborating with editorial, design and digital development teams. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Entrepreneurial-minded marketing expert with an internal drive to continuously hit goals. Preferred experience, understanding and appreciation for regional nuances, cultural differences and how communication requirements may vary by region. Strong writing and creative thinking abilities with an expertise in how to tell a story using words, images, and video. Proven understanding of how to create digital and traditional content that entices the target audience to take action. Exceptional organizational, analytical and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong attention to detail. Travel Requirements Ability to travel up to 3-4X per year; including outside of the US.
