Capture the essence of the Brand DNA and plans, and translate it into market plans, monitor evolution and collaborate with brands & markets on improvements / adjustments. Work hand in hand with the Brand Creative team and Brand Leader in installing the brands across markets, with a strong focus in the key markets. Partner with Brand Creative to enhance brand plans. Develop specific strategies and approach hand in hand with Area Managers and Markets. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile and present monthly distributor reports, revealing key insights. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate level with ideally business / marketing related degree. Minimum 4 years of experience, ideally in sales, buying, or marketing within fashion, beauty, or fragrance. Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Eager to learn and proactive in a dynamic environment. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
