Compensation and Benefits

hire to help us to expand this strategically important function. This individual will oversee benefits administration and compensation planning, total reward strategy, job evaluation, and compensation structures on a day-to-day basis with a global focus. Reporting directly to our VP of People, you will drive our philosophy, including compensation, rewards and recognition, and benefits. As an experienced professional, you will be hands-on, with a deep understanding of total compensation, including geo-localised global remote working compensation strategy and equity programs. You will leverage your experience to deliver innovative and meaningful programs and solutions to the business and adopt an approach that is both in line with an agreed philosophy whilst also being pragmatic. What you will be doing: Manage global rewards, compensation, and benefits functions to serve the broader talent strategy as set by the VP of People and senior leadership team. Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure that compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and compliant with industry standards and regulations. Develop a holistic, total rewards strategy encompassing compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Develop and deliver effective communication strategies that tell our growth story and educate employees about the compensation and benefits programs for which they are eligible. You will also co-host compensation briefings and meetings with the VP of People, bringing your expertise and data-driven approach to help teams make unbiased decisions. Run statistical analysis and leverage our existing tools in order to monitor diversity metrics and ensure that our compensation processes are not biased. Required Qualifications: Experience running a total reward strategy within a fast-growing, global tech company. Experience working with benefits brokers to implement benefits in multiple countries. Demonstrated skills in the field of employee education regarding total rewards. Skills/interests: An open mind and excitement around doing things totally differently from the way you’ve done them before. Tech savvy: you will enjoy using our current technology stack to explore all the possibilities to drive strategy, documentation and employee education. Excellent communication skills: with the ability to handle queries from anyone in the company about compensation and benefits. Pragmatic approach which demonstrates a strong bias to data-driven decisions, whilst also listening and understanding the top priorities and concerns of teams within the company. Bonus Points: Experience overseeing compensation and benefits strategy for a fast-growing company that has gone through critical milestones such as liquidity events and/or IPO. #LI-Remote Compensation
