Global Content Strategy - Develop a comprehensive strategy that connects with both end-users and businesses across multiple regions, ensuring our content is relevant and impactful in various global markets. Brand guardianship – take pride in our brand and ensure we maintain the highest standards and consistency across all content and campaigns, both internal and external. Understand who we are and what we do – gain an understanding of what we do and how we help our clients and end-users. Use this knowledge to help shape all messaging copy and content. Content Creation - Generate a broad spectrum of content types aligning with both our B2B and B2C brands, such as marketing collateral, blogs, e-books, whitepapers, podcasts, video content, and webinars, weaving compelling storytelling into each format to engage audiences. Design and Visual Content Creation – Utilise design tools like Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually compelling, brand-aligned content. Localisation Collaboration- Work closely with regional teams and external partners to adapt and localise content for different markets, ensuring it resonates with local cultures. Sales Enablement - Create case studies and internal content to support global sales efforts, helping the sales team build relationships with customers worldwide through localised and culturally adapted material. SEO Optimisation - Produce content with a conversational yet strategic approach to SEO, making sure our content ranks well for targeted keywords and meets our audience's search intent. Content Marketing Campaigns - Support with promoting and localising content across both online and offline channels, increasing our global reach and engagement with potential users and customers. Creative Collaboration - Ensure that all content is visually appealing, brand-consistent, and optimised for engagement and conversion. Content Performance Reporting - Track and report on global content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot and Hootsuite to monitor the effectiveness of organic social campaigns across different regions. Qualifications:
A focus on both B2B and B2C content marketing within a global technology driven business. Lived experience of disability/chronic illness or deep understanding of disability/chronic illness and accessibility barriers. Understanding of different models of disability and/or a deep understanding on best practices on how to create content that is accessible for diverse audiences. Ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent copy writing skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, along with video creation and editing skills, to enhance visual content creation. Track record in producing a wide variety of content. Team player attitude. Proficiency in a second language would be highly advantageous, supporting effective communication with diverse, multicultural audiences. What's in it for you?
