DE&I and Talent Attraction Specialist

This is an exciting new role within our Global Center of Excellence. Capco is looking for an individual who is passionate about DE&I, talent acquisition and employer brand building. Your contribution will be instrumental in delivering an inclusive talent attraction strategy that enables us to break down barriers and attract talent in all forms.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team, affinity groups, DE&I partners, external vendors and job boards to build meaningful connections whilst enhancing the visibility of our brand.

You will:

Understand Capco’s ATS and look for opportunities to improve and automate the overall candidate experience with a particular focus on communication and inclusivity

Analyse candidate application to onboarding journey and recommend global process changes within ATS and onboarding tools

Support the implementation of global initiatives and projects across the global Talent Acquisition and DE&I functions, including coordination of internal and external comms

Develop recruitment marketing collateral, write talent attraction copy and enhance our Capco careers page

Collaborate with marketing and internal comms teams to promote and celebrate culture and engagement activities and events across multiple channels

Partner with the marketing team to create engaging content that showcases Capco’s culture on social media

Monitor and enhance Capco’s employer brand reputation online, actively increasing engagement across platforms

Manage the Capco Alumni platform, including working with key business stakeholders to manage permissions, and creating new global content for the alumni network

Serve as a brand ambassador to communicate, promote and execute the Capco DE&I brand strategy across Capco leadership teams, affinity groups, HR and TA leaders

Manage and update internal Sharepoint sites (TA and DE&I), and related documentation

Review and enhance recruitment materials and global job specs to ensure inclusive language and descriptions of work

Support the recruitment, culture and engagement awards strategy, from identifying relevant opportunities to drafting nominations and coordinating submissions

Organize global TA training calendar and support content development with a focus on DE&I

We are looking for someone who has:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English)

A good understanding of how an end-to-end recruitment process works

Previous experience in a recruitment, marketing, communications or DEI role is preferred

A passion for content creation and audience engagement

The ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and then to implement appropriate solutions

Strong Excel skills

A collaborative working style

Cross-cultural awareness

Strong stakeholder management skills

This role is preferably based in the US or UK, however we'll consider suitable applicants from other locations where Capco has an

office .
