Exceptional role for a creative chef to lead the development across three continents. This respected and adored restaurant group are renowned for their innovation, seasonality & authenticity. Completely autonomous over your time and schedule. Approx 40 days of travel per year. Purely creative job, looking after global menu development and training of new menus across the diverse sites. Responsibilities
This founder led restaurant group has built a reputation for its produce, quality and integrity. We are excited to help them find a Global Development Chef to lead the creative for the group. You will work alongside the founder to strategise on menu offerings to complement each site, keeping the concept's brand and backstory at the forefront of your considerations. This role will include international travel for up to approx 40 days, in order to do local research and roll out new menus to each site. You will predominantly spend your time working on menu development in London and working towards each seasonal menu change at all times for each site. You will not be responsible for the buying/sourcing/costing necessarily as this falls with the Ops teams locally; you are simply required to be creative, which we think makes this an even more exciting position for someone who feels an affiliation with this special brand. This would suit an experienced Head or Exec/Dev Chef who has a food style that aligns with this group and therefore can excite the founder and the senior team creatively.
