Global Director Data & Analytics Product Management, E2E Supply Chain Royal Canin is undergoing a significant Digital Transformation journey. The Global Director D&A Product Management will define and manage the Royal Canin Global End-To-End Supply Chain Data & Analytics Strategy, Vision and Roadmap. Interface with Global, Regional, Market Operations Leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Commercial to identify & shape the Analytics Product Portfolio. Establish, support and reinforce the transformations needed to build a best-in-class data driven culture within Royal Canin. Align with key transformational programmes such as EOS, OMP/Planning and SAP S4/ERP to understand the capabilities that may evolve. Within this team, you will: Develop and nurture relationships across Royal Canin and the PetCare businesses ecosystem. Act as a change agent for shifting from project to product mindset. Partner with the Global & Regional Data & Analytics Leadership teams. Understand the key signature processes and decision-making forums. Act as a thought leader and organizational coach. What are we looking for? Qualifications & Competencies: Strategic inquiry to identify the underlying needs of Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement stakeholders. Lead with problems, not tools, to determine when to drive scaling versus evolving the Product. Partner heavily with Operations leaders and functional experts. Work closely with end users of the analytics products. Technical breadth to identify and apply best practices. Knowledge / Experience: Strong track record of customer facing success. Strength in business-to-science translation. Analytics foundation in operations research and data science. Experience in delivery management of analytical products. Practitioner experience in the Supply Chain & Operations domain preferred. Experience in technology/source systems (SAP ERP, Azure, SQL, etc.). Education & Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, STEM subjects, or related field. 10-15 years of experience; Minimum 5 years in Data & Analytics.
