About The Role

Are you passionate about leading innovative SaaS products that redefine customer experiences? At Natterbox, we're looking for a Global Head of Product to drive the success of our roadmap, new innovations, and customer needs while keeping aligned with our business goals. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from conception to launch and ongoing enhancements—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are well-marketed, enabled, and adopted by our customers. The Head of Product will work closely with various stakeholders across different departments to effectively manage and deliver successful products - Product team, Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success/Support teams, and the Compliance and Legal teams. The Head of Product will provide mentoring and leadership to the product team. It will support and liaise with the roadmap steering group and be focused on successfully implementing the plans. Your Responsibilities

Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Owners to define requirements and execute the product roadmap through Agile methodologies Drive a clear and customer-centric product vision that aligns with business objectives Partner with executive leadership to define and execute product strategies that drive growth and competitive differentiation Product Roadmap & Execution

Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on market dynamics and customer insights Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery Implement best practices to optimize efficiency and scalability across product teams Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure seamless product execution Align priorities with the Roadmap Steering Group and executive stakeholders to maximize impact Foster collaboration with customers to incorporate feedback and shape product enhancements Product Launch & Go-to-Market

Lead successful product launches, ensuring clear positioning, messaging, and sales enablement Work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop compelling go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue Performance Measurement & Optimization

Define and track key product metrics to assess performance, user engagement, and ROI Continuously refine the product offering based on data insights and customer feedback Requirements

About you

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Proven experience in product management within a SaaS environment, with a track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders A data-driven mindset with experience in product analytics, ROI measurement, and agile methodologies Technical acumen to bridge the gap between business and engineering teams Benefits
