Your role : The Global Head of Fleet Sales is responsible for developing and implementing the global fleet sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence. This role involves managing a team of regional fleet sales managers, fostering relationships with key clients, and ensuring seamless operations across various markets. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive global fleet sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives. Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand fleet sales. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly. Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional fleet sales managers to achieve sales targets. Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the global fleet sales team. Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and closing of deals. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Negotiate and finalize high-value contracts with fleet customers. Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the wider Commercial teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals. Coordinate with regional offices to ensure consistency in sales approaches and customer service. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the global fleet sales budget. Reporting and Analysis. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or qualified by experience. Extensive experience in sales, including time in a leadership role within the automotive or fleet sales industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large, diverse teams. Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural nuances. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel internationally as needed.
