The Role As the Global Head of Project Planning, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for ensuring all Babcock project plans are deliverable, reliable, efficient, and align with Babcock’s goals. Day-to-day, you’ll support the global director of project controls in delivering the project planning discipline’s mission across the business globally. Develop and maintain deliverable project plans Maximise the efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment to meet operational objectives Foster seamless communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment Leverage advanced tools and methodologies to enhance planning precision Provide best practice guidance in the delivery of project planning Experience required of the Global Head of Project Planning Expert level knowledge of project planning Planning integration expert that can interface and interact with other disciplines Expert using planning toolsets, including Primavera P6 and MSP Ability to take ownership of problems affecting the planning discipline Qualifications for the Global Head of Project Planning Degree qualified in a relevant field Professional body membership e.g. APM / Acoste / RICS Security Clearance The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
