Head of Global Reservations

to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators. Accountable for delivery of annual B2B revenue targets primarily from SABAs, Relocation Agencies but also direct corporate customers. To deliver an exceptional level of service to a portfolio of edyn's largest B2B clients by leading high performing Reservations and Guest Services teams. To grow edyn’s market share through increasing current conversion levels to achieve individual and team KPIs and B2B revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead a team of reservation experts and guest services to maximise conversion and market share, ultimately delivering against revenue targets. Manage performance of team and individual KPIs, taking action against negative variances and constantly seeking to exceed and improve conversion, productivity, quality and people metrics. Responsible for streamlining end to end enquiry process to ensure SLA’s and client expectations are exceeded. Analyse client enquiry and bookings trends and individual ways of working, highlight opportunities to Account Managers for service and process improvements reducing cost to serve and / or increasing conversion. Identify and implement process to prioritise and convert high value enquires in line with revenue targets. Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to develop in depth understanding of current client base and their requirements for high standard service delivery. Build strong internal relationships with wider commercial and operational functions to ensure highest end to end service and revenue delivery. Review SOPs for all processes owned by reservations and ensure any new processes are clearly defined and documented. Build and maintain knowledge of competitor activity, rates and service levels. Participate in and represent edyn at industry events and build strong relationships with edyn’s largest clients. Recruit and develop high calibre individuals who are curious and who have the potential to live our values. Internal Systems

Develop detailed knowledge of edyn’s core internal systems and seek ways to improve client experience. Work with revenue and data teams to create relevant reports to measure conversion metrics and trends and understand workloads for team members. Own, enable and champion the adoption of new processes and system changes. Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years’ working in reservations or account management within the serviced apartment or aparthotel industry. Experience of leading and managing teams and driving sales performance in a fast moving, challenging and multi-channel environment. A background in delivering outstanding customer experiences through building strong relationships internally and externally. Experience working with B2B clients either directly or via 3rd party agencies. In depth knowledge of the serviced apartment / aparthotel sector.
