A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Global HR Shared Services Manager to join a rapidly growing fintech establishment. This is a newly created role and provides a genuine opportunity to shape the strategic HR operational model. Offered on a hybrid working basis - 3 days working in the Central London office and 2 working from home, it comes with a good basic salary, bonus, and generous benefits package. Key Responsibilities:

Management of a small HR operations and payroll team based in the UK, USA, and Canada, developing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the full employment lifecycle, including employee onboarding, global mobility, and payroll and benefits. Being the escalation point for complex HR issues, providing guidance and resolution on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and other HR-related inquiries. Overseeing the Shared Services delivery of the global employee lifecycle, ensuring the operations are in line with local law, tax, and legislation. Developing standardised HR processes and procedures across the group function, ensuring alignment with policies and employment legislation. Collaborating with HR Business Partners and other teams to align HR services with strategic organisational goals and provide necessary support for HR initiatives. Identifying opportunities to enhance HR service delivery through process enhancements and leveraging HR technology, assisting the HRIS implementation, and ensuring the optimisation of the HR systems. Managing other projects such as TUPE processes, global benefits review, ESG, and auditing projects. Minimum Requirements:

Experience in a Global HR operations or Shared Services team with strong knowledge of UK, US, and Canadian benefits. Management of in-country and remote HR operations teams, including the development and nurturing of talent. Experience delivering high-quality HR services across the full employment lifecycle, including employee onboarding, offboarding, global mobility, and payroll and benefits. Previous experience with M&A and TUPE processes. Knowledge around global mobility and cross-border compliance. Strong customer service orientation. Ideally, experience implementing or managing Workday HRIS. Experience delivering large-scale global HR projects. CIPD qualified. This is a fantastic opportunity with a hybrid working basis, a base salary of up to £85,000, a 15 - 20% bonus, and a generous benefits package.
