Description
DAZN is looking for a great leader and collaborator who will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and time zones to lead our DAZN social efforts from Boxing to F1 to Soccer to Golf to American Football and beyond! As part of the Insights & Strategy team, you will focus on social media reporting & video content analysis across all of DAZN’s English language social media channels. This is an exciting opportunity to impact the future of a leading global OTT sports broadcaster by delivering data-driven insights to improve social media performance. This candidate will be highly motivated to deliver growth across key social metrics, leveraging data and insights, and rallying a team to program best-in-class social channels.
As our new Global Insights and Strategy Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Collect & track data from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok Create, clean, and update data sets that evolve in tandem with our business's needs Report on performance vs. goals to cross-departmental stakeholders Build polished, scalable spreadsheets/reports/slide decks Conduct competitive analyses Devise and execute a comprehensive strategy for short-form and mid-form content across various platforms (TT, TW, Snap, YT, IG) Organize and conduct weekly workshops to analyze analytics and refine strategies for each platform Manage social & content KPIs through regular dashboard calls Analyze original video series and social media posts Run A/B tests to optimize video thumbnails
You will have:
3+ years of relevant experience, including applicable experience or coursework such as:
Experience at a digital content publisher Experience in sports, media, or entertainment Experience in analytics (social/marketing/business) or consumer insights Knowledge of social media analytics (e.g., YouTube analytics, TikTok analytics, Facebook/Instagram analytics or other social platform analytics, preferred)
Ability to manage large data sets
Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with advanced formulas & functions, e.g., Pivot Tables, V-LOOKUP, etc. Experience with Python, SQL or similar data programming languages, preferred
Ability to tell stories with data
Experience visualizing data with Tableau or similar, preferred Experience building presentations/decks/newsletters backed by data, preferred Experience presenting to clients and/or key stakeholders, preferred
