Location:

Wolverhampton (with occasional travel)

Key Responsibilities:

Build Relationships:

Collaborate with senior leaders to identify current and emerging learning needs, ensuring we meet them with tailored initiatives. Drive Impact:

Design and implement robust evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of training solutions globally. Reporting:

Produce insightful reports for senior management on learning progress and targeted learning hours. Content Collaboration:

Liaise with training providers to ensure high-impact, relevant content for our teams across the globe. Learning Catalogues:

Oversee the development of learning catalogues at each site, promoting self-select soft skill opportunities. Maximise Systems:

Enhance the usage of our Learning Management System (LMS) to its fullest potential. Training Delivery:

Occasionally deliver engaging training courses. Performance Management:

Contribute to embedding our new performance management approach via the LMS. Innovate Learning:

Seek and implement innovative ways to engage our workforce, such as learning weeks. Diversity & Inclusion:

Partner with our DEI Director to implement impactful DEI learning offerings. Manager Development:

Develop a global manager development programme to support all levels of management.

What We're Looking For:

Proven success in designing and delivering learning solutions at all levels. Strong partnership skills with the ability to build trust and influence diverse stakeholders. Proficient management experience with learning platforms. A proactive and creative mindset, adaptable to change. Strong knowledge of learning technologies and project management. A genuine passion for innovative learning, curiosity, and collaboration.

Contract Type:

Temporary Hourly Rate:

£30 - £35 Contract Length:

12 months
