Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Mobility Specialist to provide comprehensive services to a diverse range of multinational clients in the UK, EMEIA and globally, managing end-to-end international move administration, acting as the principal point of contact for clients during their relocation and ongoing move and coordinating and managing all third-party providers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide consistently high levels of client service.
Support the implementation and on-boarding of new clients.
Liaise within and between AIMS’ overseas teams, striving for continuous improvement.
Research and continuously develop knowledge of global mobility topics to ensure compliance (e.g., employment regulations, visas, social security, posted worker notifications, tax).
Prepare concise reports to communicate findings to management team.
Gather supporting information for visa applications (e.g., letters of invitation, police and medical certificates, legal translations).
Liaise with external parties (e.g., HMRC, immigration consultants, education consultants, real estate agencies).
Arrange appointments at Embassies/Consulates.
Assist clients to obtain/renew documents (e.g., passports, medical certificates).
Research and develop processes/best practice to ensure compliance with all of the above.
General administration duties.
Skills and Experience:
Experienced in relocation, global mobility, international HR, or reward.
Enthusiastic and energetic; able to embrace new ways of working.
A strong team player: able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Experience of working within – or with - professional services.
Able to deliver high quality output (e.g. reports, slide decks).
Able to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review, and know when to refer or escalate.
Client-focused and commercially aware.
Ability to work independently and to solve problems creatively and pragmatically.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
