We have an opportunity for an experienced OT (Operational Technology) Security Leader to join the Global automation team. As the leader of automation security, you will play an integral part in leading automation cyber security and operational support for the Solenis sites. Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the OT cybersecurity strategy at a global level, ensuring the safety of our control networks. Provide leadership to the sites to oversee and manage all aspects of OT cybersecurity. Facilitate OT cybersecurity risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and ensure the implementation of corrective actions. Collaborate with site leadership, IT, and engineering teams to foster a proactive cybersecurity culture and drive continuous security improvements. Be the Technical authority for OT security for Solenis sites. Develop and lead OT cybersecurity awareness training programs to increase knowledge and understanding across the organisation. Lead incident response planning and disaster recovery, ensuring that sites are prepared to respond to cybersecurity events effectively. What You Will Need to Apply:

Degree qualified in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent. Proven track record in developing and implementing effective OT cybersecurity programs and initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels. A strong background in control system architecture and networks. Knowledge of the latest cyber security guidelines and regulations. Desirable:

Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as IEC 62443, OG86, and NIS, is highly desirable. Cyber security trained. Familiarity with Emerson DeltaV.
