We need a highly organised and detail-orientated Global Payroll Manager to join our People Services Team. This is your chance to significantly impact at a global scale while working with a team that values innovation, collaboration and excellence. As the Global Payroll Manager, you will work closely with our Finance and People Operations team and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, compliance with country, federal and state regulations, and proper recording of all payroll-related transactions in the accounting system(s). With a global reach, you will manage payroll for our diverse and international team, ensuring our employees are supported no matter where they are. What you will be doing
Manage our UK, US and International payroll processes to an exceptional level of accuracy and efficiency. Maintain employee payroll records, including tax forms, wage deductions, and changes in employee status. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in the UK and the US, including tax laws and labour laws. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and requirements. Coordinate with the People team to ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, and other employee changes. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders. Manage relationships with external vendors, such as payroll processors, benefits providers, and tax agencies. Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers. Ensure proper recording of payroll-related transactions in the accounting system. Assist with the development and implementation of payroll-related policies and procedures. Who you will be
Qualified in either Payroll or Accounting (ideally with CIPP or CPP Qualified). Minimum of 5 years of experience in global payroll processing and management (UK and US key regions). Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations. Experience with payroll software and accounting systems. Ability to build key relationships in Finance, People Partners, Legal. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and the ability to work to strict deadlines. Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information and work with the utmost integrity. Benefits
