What the role involves

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing across multiple global jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and adherence to internal controls.
• Review and reconcile payroll outputs including tax calculations, statutory deductions, benefits and other payroll-related activities.
• Partner closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers to support seamless payroll delivery.
• Maintaining awareness of payroll legislation, compliance requirements and industry best practices across supported locations.
• Supporting and enhance payroll governance, controls, audit readiness.
• Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing a high level of support to employees and stakeholders globally.

• Support broader Global Payroll team initiatives as required.
• Strong operational payroll experience across multiple international jurisdictions within a global environment.
• Experience supporting outsourced payroll models and working with global payroll providers.
• Interest and experience of leveraging AI, automation and technology to improve payroll operations, reporting, controls.
