Improve key employee experiences and operational processes. Collaborate with HR leadership and senior stakeholders on strategy and integration projects. Own global HR policies, processes, and systems while ensuring local compliance. Lead and develop an international People Operations team. Drive HR tech innovations, data insights, and reporting. Oversee payroll, benefits, and global mobility with precision. About You:
Proven international HR Operations expertise with deep generalist knowledge. Skilled in problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management. Experienced in HR transformation, M&A, and fast-paced environments. A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
