Global Process Owner RTR

to lead our Global Record-to-Report (RTR) strategy and help shape the future of our business. As the Global Process Owner, you will be at the forefront of optimising and enhancing our RTR processes on a global scale. This is a key role that drives value by focusing on consumer-centric solutions while leading a diverse and talented global team. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, ensure process compliance, and promote best practices across the organisation. What You Will Do:

Process Design:

Develop and define the organisation's standard process, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals. Process Optimisation:

Continuously monitor and improve process performance, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Governance and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations, and mitigate risks through effective internal controls. Performance Metrics:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process success and identify improvement opportunities. Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, promote the value of the process, and gather feedback for ongoing enhancement. Change Management:

Lead process changes, ensuring effective communication, training, and support across the organisation. Process Standardisation:

Drive the consistency and standardisation of processes globally, sharing best practices and expertise throughout the business. What We’re Looking For:

Experience in leading global teams and driving business process transformation. Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (RTR) processes and global business services (GBS). A collaborative mindset, with excellent stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead process optimisation initiatives and manage change effectively.
