to join their Global Indirect & Corporate services team, and help redefine how procurement adds value at the highest levels. This role isn't about sourcing-it's about

strategic partnership, storytelling, and transformation . You'll play a pivotal role in driving change and innovation across the organisation's global HR and professional services procurement activities. What You'll Do In this unique role, you'll focus on: Shaping Category Strategy:

Build procurement's influence by crafting compelling stories, turning them into actionable business cases, and partnering with stakeholders to align strategies with business goals. Influencing Without Boundaries:

Speak the language of the business, acting as a trusted advisor who builds deep, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across the globe. Driving Innovation:

Identify opportunities for transformation, introducing creative ideas and innovative approaches to elevate procurement's role. Delivering Results That Matter:

Focus on spend transparency, pipeline management, and measurable outcomes that demonstrate procurement's strategic value. What We're Looking For This isn't a traditional procurement role. This Global powerhouse is looking for someone who thrives on business partnering and driving real change. You'll bring: Strategic Category Experience:

Expertise in Indirect, HR or professional services procurement, ideally with experience in category management over tactical sourcing. Business Partnering Skills:

A proven ability to build trusted relationships, navigate complex challenges, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Commercial & Analytical Mindset:

The ability to align procurement activity with business priorities, deliver value, and identify opportunities for improvement. Storytelling & Transformation:

A creative approach to communication-crafting compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders and drive buy-in for new initiatives.
