Description About the Role We are seeking an inspiring Global Product Group Leader – Power Consulting to provide strategic direction, leadership, and coordination across our consulting units globally. This role will oversee a global team of people operating in multiple countries and ensure alignment with our standards of safety, integrity, and customer retention. As a key leader, you will drive growth, innovation, and continuous improvement in our consulting business, collaborating with teams and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions in the energy sector. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:

Provide strategic direction, operational guidance, and oversight of consulting functions globally, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives. Customer Engagement:

Build senior-level relationships with key clients, develop innovative solutions, and lead sales activities to secure major consulting assignments. Contract Oversight:

Manage and monitor contracts across business unit, addressing risks and ensuring timely delivery. Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement long-term plans, aligning resources and competencies to drive business growth. Risk and Opportunity Management:

Identify and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities to enhance business performance. Knowledge Sharing:

Foster best practices and maintain relationships with external organizations to enhance expertise and reputation. Continuous Improvement:

Conduct reviews to drive operational excellence and implement process improvements. People Leadership:

Build and motivate a skilled team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high performance. Financial Management:

Develop and oversee financial plans and budgets, contributing to the overall financial health of the business unit. What do you need? Proven experience in a leadership role within the energy or consulting sector. Been part of growing a business in the consulting area or digital consulting background. Strong strategic thinking and organizational leadership skills. Ability to establish senior-level relationships with clients and drive customer-focused strategies. Expertise in risk management, strategic planning, and contract oversight. Excellent people leadership and team development abilities. Demonstrated experience in financial and budget management. A commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement driving growth.
