The virtual project team of Scientific Project Leads and Program Managers drives the project internally and externally to a successful conclusion and hopefully project renewal. The Global Program Manager Group Leader will be a key member of the DiscoveryOne leadership team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the global portfolio and day-to-day operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, achievement of financial goals, delivering on accelerated timelines and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position (EU or USA). Lead and mentor global program management team, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. Develop and implement best practices in program management to enhance team performance and project delivery. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and integration within Eurofins Discovery. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Integrated Drug Discovery programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with internal global teams, across multiple business functions, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of all project components, from target identification to preclinical development. Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies for project success. Lead the development of accurate project forecasting models, incorporating timelines, budgets, and resource allocation needs across multiple projects. Manage resource planning for the program management group, ensuring the optimal allocation of personnel to meet project demands, with continuous assessment. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or more than 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven program management ability and strong business acumen, with excellent follow-up and close-out skills. Experienced in writing and interpreting documents such as standard operating procedures, instructions, and contracts and agreements with demonstrated attention to detail. Knowledge of integrated drug discovery process and bringing drugs to market in Pharma or Biotech is preferred. Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software. Advanced experience with project management tools. Candidate Profile:

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a global team. Strategic thinker with the ability to align program management activities with broader business objectives. Ability to speak effectively before customers, team members, and across organizational lines; conveying information in a clear, concise manner appropriate to the level of the audience. Must be able to follow through each assigned task through to completion and take away "Lessons Learned" for future projects, similar in nature.
