The Role : The Global Partner Programs Director role is responsible for designing, implementing and managing the partner program across all regions to drive incremental growth, ongoing engagement and collaboration with partners. The role requires the individual to work cross-functionally throughout the business so that the partner program aligns with the business goals of Telnyx whilst delivering value to partners and fostering a long-term mutually beneficial relationship. In addition, it will also be important to develop scalable processes and implement measurements to ensure the effectiveness of the program whilst optimizing the partner experience. In this role, you will: Act as a strategic advisor to the VP Global Partner Sales ensuring successful achievement of global partner pipeline and close-won goals Define key KPIs to focus on and define and lead projects to improve partner business operations Lead efforts for partner program design and strategy to enable multi-year transformation from a direct sales model to a model with partners playing a larger role in sourcing and selling deals Design program benefits and incentives to ensure partners can build a profitable business around Telnyx product sales and services Lead continuous monitoring and improvement of the program based on feedback, market trends and company goals Build and grow internal relationships with all leaders in areas of the business that contribute to the success of the partner program (i.e. Legal, Training, Operations, Marketing, Comms, Partner Sales, Services and Partner Operations) Implement and track program effectiveness and partner performance Manage partner program enrolment, partner journey, onboarding and compliance Collaborate with the Salesops team to ensure partner pricing and discounting in Telnyx quoting systems is based on the partner program You may be a fit for this role if you have: 10+ years in management consulting, program management, corporate strategy, as well as extensive exposure to Go-To-Market teams in tech and telco industries Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and ability to influence executive leadership at a senior level to drive change Proactive approach with the ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple ongoing projects and take them to completion Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and build trust across a range of cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones Ability to summarize complex partner topics and present to a broad audience, particularly stakeholders unfamiliar with details of managing a partner business in order to build alignment and drive transformation Analytical mindset with a focus on data driven decision making Understanding of program metrics, incentive structures and partner lifecycle management including partner enablement Good understanding of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) technologies, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience of Partner Marketing programs and the associated benefits
