As our

Global Sustainability Reporting Lead , you'll translate sustainability legislation into clear, actionable strategies that build trust and ensure full compliance, meeting all legislative requirements. Overseeing our sustainability reporting standards, ensuring we stay compliant and credible.

You'll manage data, verify information, and coordinate with third-party auditors. You'll work cross-functionally to support and embed robust internal controls and governance, to drive long-term value from our sustainability disclosures.

You'll be our go-to expert on global sustainability reporting requirements, providing technical guidance, and ensuring our reports align with regulations like CSRD, CSDDD, and TCFD. You'll manage the preparation of annual reports and Non-Financial Statements, working closely with our Legal and Finance teams to stay ahead of global legislation. You'll develop a comprehensive data collection and reporting program, establish governance frameworks, and lead sustainability assurance efforts.

Working with a range of stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, People, Risk, and regional sustainability teams, to ensure our reporting is reliable. You'll also partner with our communications and brand functions to enhance our sustainability disclosures and stay on top of emerging trends to continuously improve our practices.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in sustainability reporting, risk management, and auditing. You'll have strong analytical, written, and communication skills, and be an expert at project management and have experience with sustainability reporting software and tools.

A background in financial reporting, auditing, or assurance would be a plus!
