Global Talent Acquisition Executive We're looking for a

Global Talent Acquisition Executive

to join our team in

London

as part of our

HR

function.

Your Role:

You will support the Global Talent Acquisition Manager with all elements of talent acquisition, providing outstanding support on end-to-end recruitment for multiple vacancies globally.

You will help to ensure a positive hiring manager and candidate experience by supporting and owning key recruitment activities, projects, and best practice initiatives to develop the Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the full life-cycle talent acquisition process across multiple vacancies, working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team, HR, and hiring managers.

Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to prioritise roles and provide strategies and guidance on attracting the key talent required.

Maintain timely, clear, and professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Take ownership of coordinating, editing, and posting internal and external job postings across different platforms/job boards.

Drive our direct sourcing approaches, utilising innovative sourcing strategies, LinkedIn, and other job boards to attract and recruit diverse top-tier candidates.

Seek out opportunities to proactively build a pipeline of talent for key roles and champion our employer brand externally.

Maintain the job posting slack channel in collaboration with L&D, including weekly job alerts and other relevant content.

Ensure the accuracy of data capture, utilising the applicant tracking system (Workday) to ensure best recruitment practice is adhered to and becoming, in time, a Workday super user.

Maintain and proactively run reports on key recruitment data and recruiting information.

Support the direct sourcing, CV review, and interview booking process. Screen candidates, schedule interviews as appropriate, and proactively engage with candidates on progress.

Maintain a solid understanding of inclusive hiring practices, ensuring all processes and practices across Talent Acquisition are inclusive.

Support DEI initiatives and strategies, contributing to developing and implementing effective inclusive recruitment practices.

Support with Employer Brand Content Marketing, including delivery of social media assets – creating a window into our business. Maintain the careers pages, intranet, and other platforms.

Collaborate in planning and executing various Global Talent Acquisition Teams, with a keen eye on how to improve processes and candidate experience, providing valuable insights and assistance in streamlining projects and contributing to the overall success of Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism and demonstrate a keen understanding of the company culture and values, ensuring every candidate, regardless of the outcome, has a positive and memorable experience.

Act as a point of contact for general recruitment-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, directing queries to the appropriate team members or handling routine matters independently.

Be an advocate and ally for diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that hiring managers and our external hiring partners keep diversity on their agenda and follow inclusive practices in line with the business’s DE&I goals.

Your Experience:

Experience working in a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment role with a solid understanding of the recruitment and hiring process, with a genuine interest in creating a remarkable candidate journey.

Management of the hiring process and ATS system (knowledge of Workday would be advantageous).

Comfortable managing a busy reactive workload with conflicting priorities, managing multiple tasks and vacancies simultaneously.

Proactive in your approach to doing your work and delivering on targets, with the ability to work autonomously.

Commercially minded, proactive, and confident communicator, who has experience delivering exceptional service to stakeholders and candidates.

Detail-oriented with strong administration skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills.

Solid understanding of inclusive hiring practices.

Experience of direct sourcing using job boards, networks, and innovative tools would be an advantage.

An understanding of the Events or Marketing space, although not essential.

If you don't meet every single requirement, we'd still encourage you to apply. At

Ascential , we are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you are excited about this role we would still like you to apply.

support charitable causes

that make a difference. We provide opportunities to give back through Volunteer Days and our charity partnership with Media Trust.

We value output, not hours. Most of our roles ask for 1-2 days a week in your nearest office. But if that’s not possible for you, let’s talk.

Flexible work conversations

are actively encouraged here.

benefits and wellbeing package

that you can tailor to your needs. Some of these include:

25 days of holiday per year - with an option to buy/sell up to 5 days

Pension, Life Assurance, and Income Protection

Access to either our commission, bonus, or profit share schemes, dependent on the role

Flexible benefits platform with options including Private Medical, Dental Insurance, Critical Illness, and the Ascential Shares Scheme

Employee assistance programme, season ticket loans, and cycle to work scheme

Volunteering opportunities and charitable giving options

Learning and development opportunities, to encourage and empower everyone to grow

We want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to perform their best when interviewing, so if you require any

reasonable adjustments

that would make you more comfortable during the process, please let us know so that we can do our best to support you.

If we inspire you, why not join and inspire us?
