Active Directory and Windows Server Management
Manage Active Directory, Active Roles, and Windows Server licensing, including purchasing and inventory management Implement Active Directory and Azure hygiene best practices, such as removing stale objects, managing password controls, and implementing LAPS Conduct Active Directory domain migrations Configure Windows and Citrix applications, and perform data migrations Service Ownership and Global Standards
Serve as EMEA Service Owner for Windows and Active Directory, collaborating with the global service owner Deliver up-to-date heatmaps and implement global standards for the EMEA region Manage Licensing and identify cost savings/efficiencies Ensure high availability of services through proactive measures Security and Compliance
Drive security standards in the Global Windows Environment Remediate out-of-support operating systems, implement security policies, and perform infrastructure hardening Use system management software to collect performance statistics Carry out system software maintenance tasks and document implementations and upgrades Requirements:
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in AD Infrastructure Services, Windows Server operating systems, Citrix, and Azure services Knowledge of at least one of the following platforms: GCP/GCVE/VMware, Active Directory Infrastructure, Citrix systems (1912+) including PVS Soft Skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities Adaptability to new systems and situations Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Customer focus and analytical thinking Best Practices and Governance
