The Global UX Product Manager will be responsible for delivering intuitive, well-designed features that align with product vision and strategies by utilising strong technical and UX skills. They will collaborate cross-functionally, across various business units and teams, across a matrix organisation to define long-term product roadmaps, requirements, and specifications. Additionally, the Product Manager will drive product governance, track metrics, and resolve strategic issues. A key focus for this role will be supporting the Global Commerce Platform and delivering our DXP (Digital Experience Platforms - including DAM, PIM and CMS) and Marketplace capabilities. What you’ll do Utilise strong technical aptitude and UX experience to deliver well designed and intuitive features that align to product vision and strategies and articulate that vision and strategy as the technology-focused Product Manager.

Interface and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technology architects, developers and engineers to create alignment and define long-term product roadmaps, product requirements, and detailed product specifications.

Drive product governance activities including project plans, weekly status reviews, cross-functional meetings, executive status reviews and performance metrics and communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, trade-offs and change control.

Actively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

Track unit cost, uptime and other global platform metrics as KPIs for success.

Facilitate the creation, review, and sign off of product deliverables.

Collect and evaluate operational, service, and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement – including standard methodology research and presentation.

Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

Identify customer needs by analysing market and industry research, discussing with stakeholders, reviewing intake mechanisms for internal requests; with an ability to understand and define their problem statements

Understand market opportunities, customer expectations and industry trends and identify opportunities to create functionality that spans multiple product lines over time.

Ability to communicate the product roadmap vision and short to long term strategy at different levels of the organisation

What experience you need Extensive experience in managing product backlogs and requirements for Agile delivery teams in a Product Owner/Product Manager capacity

Deep understanding of Design Thinking, Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), web service technologies, user interface/interaction, and knowledge of Systems Development and Project Management lifecycles

Ability to build out Customer Journeys, understand friction points and how to address and improve the User Experience (UX)

Ability to break down business requirements into epics and user stories working in collaboration with respective Product Owners

Ability to empathise with Customers - and understand their pain-points and problems they are trying to solve for. With an ability to ideate and interview customers to gather these insights

Ability to manage multiple initiatives/priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Working in a global capacity, to understand and capture different BUs (Business Units) requirements, and how to ensure standardisation where possible, scaling model

Working knowledge of standard SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes in an Agile framework

Experience with Product & Technology Roadmap development through influence of key business and technology partners to identify business priorities

Ability to develop effective working relationships with peers, managers, and senior management within and across organisational lines, in a matrix environment

Proven ability to conduct technology product demos to clients

Desire to design and build awesome products!

What could set you apart Familiarity with Design Thinking, CX, UX and Service Design principles and practices, such as customer research, journey mapping and design workshops

Experience with financial industry products or similar

Experience with DXP capabilities - including DAM (Digital Asset Management), PIM (Product Information Management) and CMS (Content Management System) technologies

Experience with eCommerce and marketplace capabilities and the business processes needed to support an eCommerce channel

Familiarity designing with Web Accessibility guidelines (WCAG)

Understand the value of product ownership and can effectively communicate the value proposition - with business stakeholders, and delivery partners

You bring a consultative, creative and process driven approach to your work

You have an aptitude for handling multiple concurrent demands and prioritising responsibilities

Your problem-solving skills enable you to effectively and creatively find solutions for hard problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity

Engage and collaborate with all stakeholders, make people feel heard and understood, are able to say no and stand up for tough calls needed to better serve the business and our clients
