This is a significant role which will help GCC capitalise on its new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The role holder will lead and manage the implementation of the Procurement workstream for a series of projects, including a new Ariba SAP S/4 HANA ERP system. They will assure the implementation by enabling opportunities for automation through well-defined processes and a seamless experience for all users.
The role holder will be part of the One Programme leadership team, manage a range of internal staff and contractors, partner with GCC's identified stakeholders, and optimise the accuracy of data and the adoption of the ERP system.
On-site presence will be required (1 day a week - Monday) and as required during the training period.
Essential
Experience of large-scale SAP Ariba implementations and transformation programmes is highly desirable. Experience of leading a workstream implementation within a complex environment, including changes to systems, is desirable. Experience of designing processes through to their implementation. Leading and developing team members for enhanced effectiveness and for future career paths. Experience across all functional areas within their specialism and an understanding of their relative functional strategy and its deliverables.
