Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality output. Prepare and set up jobs for glueing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Operate and monitor the glueing machine, maintaining strict quality standards throughout production. Complete essential documentation to verify production details, including operator logs, quantities, and quality control checks. Perform daily maintenance tasks and safety inspections to keep machinery in optimal condition. Respond to managerial requests and perform other duties as required to support operations. Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Experience:
Previous experience in operating glueing machines is required. Experience running a high-speed Bobst cut and crease machine is essential. At least 3 years of experience operating the Eterna 106 E-lite machine is preferred.
Shift:
Week 1: Monday - Thursday (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM), Friday (2:00 PM - 8:00 PM) Week 2: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) Alternating weekly shifts.
