Day to day duties of a Gluing Minder: Make ready the machine Ensure the output of the process with regard to speed and quality Produce cartons to the required specifications Accurately record all information on the DCU Lead and develop your crew for success in their roles Maintain BRC standards Complete all necessary paperwork Adhere to health and safety procedures Achieve all preventative maintenance targets Mentor and train new staff as required Attend appropriate meetings Possess full knowledge of the glue machines Collaborate with Production and Shift Managers to address line issues Train colleagues as needed to fulfill business requirements Encourage knowledge sharing among colleagues Machinery and software used: Bobst Alpina Bobst Mistral Bobst Masterfold x 2 Person requirements for a Gluing Minder: Good gluing skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills Strong understanding of the glue process Good understanding of quality standards Ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and handle various responsibilities Treat all internal and external customers with kindness, dignity, and respect Complete compulsory training within approved timescales Demonstrate satisfactory working relationships and respect for colleagues Maintain an acceptable work rate and complete duties timely Work additional hours, if required, to meet customer obligations Attend team briefings and training as required Exhibit good attendance and timekeeping Maintain an acceptable level of personal appearance If you are interested in this role, please apply today.
