Supermicro Computer is looking for an experienced GM, Sales EMEA who can help grow our market share. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders and identifying market opportunities to enable growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Make predictable, repeatable and scalable EMEA sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Develop sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders across targeted accounts to maximize effectiveness in driving short and long-term account growth and meaningful partnerships. Identify go-to-market strategies and opportunities, building business cases, prioritizing and presenting findings to leadership, and executing strategic projects to enable growth. Align the sales team objectives with the business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, sales analysis, and resource planning. Responsible for EMEA sales revenue growth and manage the sales and business development activities in EMEA. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in Business or Management related is a plus. • Experience working with C-level executives in large fortune companies. • Deep knowledge in server, storage and management solutions, knowledge in Cloud data centers and the enterprise IT environment. • Great leadership and strong ability to work with and manage people from different groups. • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies. • Great analytic skills in market and industry research.
