Chichester Area, West Sussex Office Based Experienced Conveyancer Required For One Of The Region's Friendliest Firms! About the Firm: A reputable and well-respected high street law firm, with several offices in the Chichester vicinity, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy and friendly team. With a strong presence in the local community and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services, the firm has built a loyal client base and is known for its professional yet approachable approach. About the Residential Conveyancer Role: As an experienced Conveyancer, you will play a key role in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions. Advise clients on the legal aspects of property transactions and ensure smooth progression from instruction to completion. Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and internal procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Conveyancer, with a strong understanding of residential property law. Ability to handle a diverse and busy caseload with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a client-focused approach. A good understanding of the local property market would be advantageous.
