Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst Kent Region £35,000 - £42,000 + Benefits Dartford, Kent A leading compliance consultancy, specialising in asbestos, water hygiene, and health & safety, is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor and/or Analyst to join their expanding team in Kent. This company has a well-established reputation for providing top-tier services across multiple sectors, with recent growth driving new opportunities in the Kent area. Key duties of an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst: Conduct a variety of asbestos surveys (demolition, refurbishment, management) across residential, commercial and industrial sites. Collect bulk samples and coordinate with accredited labs. Carry out air monitoring and airborne fibre counting, including 4-stage clearances and various air tests (smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation, and personal). Compile thorough, accurate reports based on collected data. Build lasting client relationships by delivering outstanding service.
What will you need to be successful? BOHS P402 and/or P403, P404/RSPH Level 3 qualifications. A valid UK driving license. Strong technical knowledge of asbestos surveying and air monitoring. In-depth understanding of asbestos health and safety legislation. Solid IT and numeracy skills, with knowledge of TEAMS or similar software. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
