Club Builder- £23,167 - £26,325 / Trainee Club Builder £19,744- £23,166 Office Angels have teamed up with a forward-thinking, dynamic client in the manufacturing industry, looking to recruit a Golf Club Builder and a Trainee Golf Club Builder. This busy role is based in the warehouse, where you will join an established team of hardworking individuals who excel in communication and are eager to develop within this company and sector. Responsibilities:
Ability to plan, organise and manage a busy workload Good mathematical skills, able to understand and work accurately with imperial measurements Willingness to learn the building and repairing of golf clubs to exacting specifications Strong customer focus and enthusiasm for delivering excellent products Use initiative and maintain a warm and friendly style Exhibit a strong team ethos and excellent attention to detail Proficient golf club builder, skilled in building custom golf clubs Good understanding of club components, their roles and effects Flexible attitude & flexible working hours in peak season Remain calm and polite under pressure Communicate confidently and effectively internally at all levels Work independently and meet deadlines Report to the Workshop Manager Responsible for the quality of own club builds Ensure that target lead times are maintained and strive to exceed them Benefits:
