THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Golf Sales Manager to join our team. As the Golf Sales Manager at Cameron House, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and enhancing the reputation of our exceptional golf offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and a deep passion for golf who can develop strategic relationships whilst ensuring the highest level of service to our clients. The key responsibilities of the position will be: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Drive the sales of golf-related events, including corporate tournaments, charity events, and society groups. Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless planning and execution of events, providing exceptional service to clients. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Director of Sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct appointments, site visits and presentations to prospective clients. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Cameron House. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in golf and sales, incorporating best practices into the sales strategy. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the golf or luxury hospitality industry. Strong knowledge and passion for golf, with an understanding of the market and client expectations. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel and attend events as required. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
