Full-Time/Permanent Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties. Provide high-quality, client-focused legal advice and representation throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring that transactions are completed efficiently and effectively. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of the progress of their transactions and managing their expectations. Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth and timely transaction process. Work collaboratively with colleagues within the property department and across the firm to ensure a seamless, integrated service for clients. Actively participate in business development initiatives, including attending networking events, contributing to marketing materials, and engaging in community outreach activities. Stay current with developments in residential conveyancing law and practice, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s services, processes, and overall performance. Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive. A minimum of three years of experience working in residential conveyancing. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex property transactions. Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload and meeting targets. Demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent client care and building long-term client relationships. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with keen attention to detail. A proactive and resourceful approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. A strong team player, with a positive and collegial attitude, willing to contribute to the growth and success of the firm. Up to £55,000 dependant on experience, generous bonus scheme and benefits package.
