Job Description Goods In & Out - Warehouse Leader, High Wycombe:
This role can be very manual, especially when offloading 40ft containers. On average, they receive 4 x 40ft containers per month. Receive, check & store materials into warehouses (currently a manual process, with plans to instigate barcoding during the year) Pick and move materials from Warehouse to Production Pick, pack & dispatch fast-moving products Carry out regular cycle counts As part of a team, carry out a full inventory stock take (annually) Set up controllers - full training provided Assist Logistics and Production during peak times (subject to approval from Warehouse Manager) Take a lead with other warehouse staff, although the Warehouse Manager is the ultimate manager of the whole team The Successful Applicant Goods In & Out - Warehouse Leader, High Wycombe:
Must hold a clear driver's licence and be capable of driving a 3.5T van. Lives local to High Wycombe (max. 30min commute) Ideally holds a current fork lift licence (max. 4T reach) - This is not essential and can be trained Willing to work in two locations (High Wycombe & Aylesbury) Ideally has at least 3 years working in a similar role Physical Requirements: Whilst all lifting equipment is available, you will need to be physically fit as the job is fairly fast-paced, with lots of physical activity each day. What's on Offer A salary of circa £26,000 - £30,000 dependent upon experience and an excellent package.
