Governance Officer Location: Birmingham Salary: £29 - £35k Duration: Permanent Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a housing organisation with their recruitment of a Governance Manager. This role would suit someone who is degree educated, with some experience in governance for a social housing provider, who is keen to take the next step in their governance career. What will you do in the role? Providing governance support to the Transformation & Governance Director and Chief Executive Officer Board & risk assurance framework reporting Compliance reporting Taking minutes at board meetings Policy development Supporting the board and executive team with special projects Who would excel in this role? Degree educated, with the desire to undertake the Institute of Governance exams Experience of working for a social housing provider in the area of governance Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
