City of London Vertex IT Solutions is currently working with a Global Financial Services Company located in London. We are assisting them in finding a Governance Officer. Previous work in the financial markets is essential. Job Duties:
End user reporting of exchange usage, CUSIP or any other 3rd party contract that requires reporting. Ensure all Operational requests are logged i.e. currently Metastorm M2M, HDB, ICR, NDR, SCR, UAR etc. KPI reporting on: DQ Stats Operational Stats Risk Reporting Any other identified items Ensure all TOR’s of D&A committees are up to date and minutes taken and recorded on Confluence. Being proactive regarding policy changes regarding third party data. Point of contact for vendor on-boarding. Contact and owner for all client questionnaires. Perform periodic vendor reviews. Periodic market data usage reviews. Point of contact for 3rd party audits i.e. KPMG. Liaise with Risk, Compliance and Legal partners. Be a SME on contractual/regulatory limitations advising all D&A Dev and Operations staff when necessary.
