Assisting the Procurement Governance and Process Manager and Head of Procurement Governance to continue to develop a best-in-class function with a long-term vision to deliver a sustainable approach to all third-party sourcing and supplier management whilst minimizing risk and driving efficiencies. Supporting the delivery of procurement governance and process projects on time and in full and identifying areas for process improvement. Facilitating the procurement risk management activities including bi-annual review of the department's risk register, facilitating the risk control self-attestation (RCSA) process, and coordinating the quarterly supplier risk groups with the relevant subject matter experts. This includes tracking and coordinating the completion of associated actions. Coordinating onboarding activities for material/critical third parties including due diligence to meet internal and external requirements. Experience
Experience of governance and procurement processes. Experience in understanding risk within an organization. Experience of working with stakeholders to drive change. Experience of working with third parties and internal stakeholders. Experience in delivering projects in full and on time. Degree qualified.
