Support the local and central team by producing and maintaining monthly and other regular reports monitoring outcomes from activities, identifying trends, and acting upon them appropriately. Ensure a good understanding of local market drivers and share these with the central team in a timely fashion to ensure optimum engagement and marketing response.
Work with the Hospital Director to define a local consumer marketing strategy, ensuring activity is aligned with current market trends. In line with the hospital's engagement and marketing strategy, develop and drive an annual plan of consumer events to support the achievement of hospital activity targets.
Collaborate with the Patient Services Manager to ensure the right processes are in place to maximize and track the conversion from consumer inquiries to appointments. Monitor and report on engagement and marketing activity through inquiry to conversion activities and provide relevant management information.
Work with Primary Care to develop a GP and referrer engagement strategy through a combination of events and media channels, including Lunch and Learns, GP meetings, symposia, and specific primary care engagement and marketing materials. Develop and maintain the promotion of our Consultants to the GP and wider referrer community by updating consultant profiles and service offerings on the website.
