An opportunity has arisen for a medical receptionist to join our friendly and supportive surgery team at Williton and Watchet Surgeries. Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will enjoy working with people and be able to maintain a calm and professional approach whilst working in a busy and intense environment. Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills are essential. Regular hours will include 6.30pm finish times during the week and there is a requirement to cover Saturday mornings on a rota basis with the team. About us

To provide reception and administration duties for the practice, dealing with incoming enquiries by telephone and in person in a polite and efficient manner. As the central point of contact at our practice, our receptionists are required to give a positive and friendly welcome to patients, their families and carers, visitors and colleagues. Duties will include, but are not limited to greeting and directing patients, booking appointments, patient registration, liaising with external agencies such as secondary and community care providers, and conducting general administrative tasks for our practice team.
