We are a two-site training practice based in the semi-rural villages of Hatfield Peverel and Boreham, serving a patient population of 11,300. We are a SystmOne Practice with a consistently high QOF achievement and a CQC rating of Good. We are part of the Aegros PCN with Lt. Waltham and Great Notley, Douglas Grove Surgery and the Beacon Health Group. Our team is made up of three GP partners, five salaried GPs, a paramedic practitioner, a nurse prescriber, practice nurse, two HCAs, a phlebotomist and dispensers. We are further supported by PCN staff including a pharmacist and physiotherapist. Additionally we have a well established non-clinical team of managers, administrators, dispensers and receptionists. Has a polite telephone manner. Is confident using IT and can quickly pick up new software skills. Is able to work as part of a team but to have initiative and be able to work independently. Understands and carries out duties within the rules of Data Protection and confidentiality protocols. Has flexibility to provide annual leave and absence cover for colleagues. Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is able to work under pressure. Is able to travel to either of our surgery sites, in Hatfield Peverel, or in Boreham. Some flexibility is required, as you will sometimes need to work additional or alternative hours to cover for colleagues. Qualifications
