My client is seeking an ambitious Graduate Electrical Engineer (or an apprentice willing to undertake a degree) to join their dynamic technical team in Norfolk. What my client is looking for:

A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (2:1 or higher) or a completed Apprenticeship in Marine/Electronics Engineering Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to technical challenges Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients Enthusiasm for learning and expanding technical knowledge Preferably with a clean driving licence and some marine environment experience Your Role Will Involve: Developing technical solutions from concept through to implementation Creating engineering plans using computer-aided design software Conducting feasibility studies and technical innovations Coordinating project timelines and cost estimates Ensuring electrical and construction safety regulations are met Supporting customer projects through site visits and system testing They Offer: Flexible working options (office-based with remote working possibilities) Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development A collaborative team environment that values initiative and curiosity Competitive graduate package If you're ready to launch your engineering career and work on exciting, diverse projects, I want to hear from you!
