Operate as efficiently as possible, particularly in relation to key operational costs: payroll, waste, and shrinkage costs. Communicate thoroughly and promptly with your team and with other operational departments to ensure a seamless experience for our customers every hour we are open and trading, seven days per week. Support your Area Manager colleagues and your Divisional Manager through project work. About You:
As a field manager, you fulfil a key role in Farmfoods. You are the link between our shop teams, who serve our customers, and our other operational departments such as distribution, HR, IT, and central services. You are part communications director, part operations specialist, part inventor, and all-round pragmatist. You motivate yourself with a healthy dose of enthusiastic determination. The role is tough, but then again if it was easy, everybody would be doing it.
