Role Description We are currently looking for a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor to join our growing Building Surveying team, based in Honiton providing a broad spectrum of building surveying advice across a diverse client base of predominantly education and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including building condition surveys, defect diagnosis reports, design and specification, contract administration, statutory applications, dilapidations, project management, and CDM advice. Person Specification The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to the role and delivering excellent client service including: Degree qualified in Building Surveying. An ambitious drive to progress and establish themselves in the practice. Keen to gain Chartered Status through the RICS APC process on the building surveying pathway. Seeking a balanced professional services and project-based role. Strong communication skills both externally and internally. Self-motivated, ambitious and organised in managing priorities.
