Graduate Assistant M&E Engineers , the opportunities will be based on large landmark construction projects based in London and the South East. The Role The Graduate Assistant M&E Engineers will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the co-ordination and control of the onsite construction process. Working with a Site Manager or Project Manager the Graduate Assistant M&E Engineer will be given responsibility for a work package to ensure that the site build progresses in line with the plan. You will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom-based learning and on-the-job training. Our programme offers a balance of training and on-the-job learning to support your transition to becoming an accomplished professional. Graduates will take responsibility and accountability for their careers, while we offer guidance and support to help you reach your goals. We will support your route to chartership and give you the opportunity to develop different skill sets outside of your specialism. What you’ll need

A 2:1 in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering A genuine interest in the construction industry We rely on the experience and expertise of our people to help us deliver our projects.
